I'd give it zero stars if I could. There are no swears in this book whatsoever. They are just dirty insults. I didn't want dirty insults - I wanted swears. Also, every design is identical. What a waste. It was supposed to be a gift, but it's useless. I'm returning it.

This is the second book I purchased from the Sweary Book line, and I have to say, I am more than pleased with these books. This author definitely knows how to make adult coloring fun, and it the words in this book will make you laugh. However, since it is called the Sweary Book, this book is not for kids, it is purely adult only fun!! I can't wait for more these books to come out!! A nice little bonus, you will be able to print out new pages weekly, when you subscribe to his mailing list, as well as, liking his FB page. You don't have to subscribe, but it is fun and exciting to get new sexy, funny, sweary pages to color each week. Love this book and author!!

Dr. Peter S. Ruckman tells it like it is in this book. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to know the truth about the Charismatic cult.

This book refutes the heretical teachings of the modern Charismatic cult (some of which can be seen in my comment to the "Why I am not Ignorant" review).

While tongues were spoken in the early church, they never referred to the unintelligable gibberish spoken by a modern day Charasmatic. They refer to a known language that is unkown (foreign) to the hearer (or the speaker). See Acts 2:6.

The speaking of tongues was part of the sign gifts (along with healing and prophesying) given to the apostles and their converts in the early first century. The sign gifts were evidence that God was behind the preaching of the gospel because they were miraculous in nature. The signs were directed specifically at Jewish non-believers, for the Jews require a sign (but the Greeks seek after wisdom. I Cor 1:22). All of these signs went away as the apostles died and the Bible was completed near the end of the first century.

Paul laid out the rules for speaking in tongues in I Corinthians 14. The title of this review is a direct quote of verse 38 of that chapter. These rules were:

1) Only two, or at most three, men are to speak in tongues at any service (vs 26).
2) The men are to speak one at a time (by course) (vs 26).
3) An interpreter who knows the language being spoken must be present (vs 27).
4) Any man who speaks should be in control of himself (vs 32).
5) Women are forbidden from speaking in tongues (vs 35).
6) Order is to be maintained in the service (vs 40).

As you can see, none of these rules are kept today. The speaking of unintelligable gibberish, accompanied by uncontrollable body movements, which is practiced in this Laodicean age is unscriptural from start to finish.

This book does an excellent job of pointing out many of the fallacies of the modern tongues movement. I highly recommend it to anyone searching for truth on the matter.

If you are predisposed on the matter, because you or your fellow church members already speak in tongues, and aren't going to be persuaded by any evidence to the contrary, save your time and money.

A fitting Tribute to Ms Smith, this Tarot deck and her art work

This is a wonderful and high quality Tarot deck. Anyone who has seen the standard RWS Smith deck published by US Games and felt like they could have done better will likely be very happy with this deck. It's as close as many of us will get to "Pixie's" original vision. The garish lines, and "John Boehner orange" skin tones of the "Yellow Pack" are gone and instead we have high quality scans of a "Pam A" deck. The biography of Pamela Coleman Smith is fascinating, if a bit sad, and it is a long overdue tribute to her art and work. Also included is Arthur Edward Waite's Pictoral Key to the Tarot. A wonderful set and a fitting tribute.

Pamela Colman Smith revealed

I had been searching high and low for information about Pamela Colman-Smith. Her brilliant depictions/understanding displayed in the pip cards have informed a huge number of tarot readers, and yet it is next to impossible to find information about her in the public domain. It turns out she was a well-known figure in the New York art world - all the more frustrating that such a seminal female artist should be so hidden in the shadows. Stuart Kaplan has done her and us a great service by writing this little book about her life and art. I also fell in love with the muted quality of the colouring used in this commemorative deck. So even though I wish the book itself were available as a stand alone, purchasing the deck as part of the set, even if you already own a "Rider-Waite" deck, is well worth the purchase price. In addition, I was introduced to Waite's book on the Major Arcanas, which I had never really bothered to read before......but it is a classic, and deserves the attention of all serious tarot readers.

This Commemorative set is absolutely amazing! I won't tell you everything that is inside, product details and many other people have done so. I will say that after reading many reviews giving high praise to the set as a whole with the many extra items, I was still blown away! Read the more detailed reviews for the whole info about items included, and don't hesitate to buy this while you can. This is a superb collection and the cards feel perfect. Great to see the title actually in the artists name too. Pixie would be so proud! I cannot praise this special edition enough. Words fail me. You know that feeling when you open a new deck and it is like "just another copy". Well I can say that when you open this set you too will feel a sense of nostalgia and love for the beautiful Pamela that I did today. Simply Amazing! Thanks Amazon!
